As a customer advocacy manager of Siemens AG, Ms. Hilleary specializes in customer advocacy. She manages and coordinates with the customer advocacy group, assists in the development and delivery of projects and program plans for new product launches, and resolves customer issues. She is particularly interested in customer relations and project management activities, using Livelink and SAP. Siemens AG is an engineering firm that provides communication systems, power generation, automation and medical technology services.

Ms. Hilleary received her Bachelor of Arts in Project Management from American InterContinental University, her Associate of Arts in Child Development from Ohlone College and her Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Ohlone College. She is a member of the Honor and Scholarship Society at California Community College. She became involved in her profession because of her educational background and the experience she gained working for Yahoo! Inc. as a customer support executive, and she attributes her success to her never-give-up attitude and education. In the future, she intends to obtain her Master of Business Administration degree.
