Sylvie Boulianne hopes to build partnerships for the development of energy-related projects overseas

MONTREAL, QC, CANADA, October 15, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sylvie Boulianne, President and Project Manager for Hydrowatt International Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in marketing and contract management.

At Hydrowatt International Inc., Ms. Boulianne oversees human resource functions, technology transfer projects and marketing. She also manages contracts overseas in Western and Northern Africa; she aims to help reduce the region's poverty and afford it with access to energy.

Additionally, Ms. Boulianne is involved with the preparation of the Montreal 2010 World Energy Council, which is attended by 50 less-advantaged countries. An active political participant, she helped run the last Canadian federal election. With 20 years of field experience, she attributes her success to her positive attitude, open-mindedness, determination and persistence.

In 1986, Ms. Boulianne earned a master's degree in administration from the Universite du Quebec. She is also the recipient of a bachelor of business management. In the future, Ms. Boulianne hopes to build partnerships for the development of energy-related projects overseas.
