James W. Palmer Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Mr. Palmer serves on the Board of Managers for Strategic Radiology

TUCSON, AZ, October 15, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James W. Palmer, Chief Operating Officer for Radiology Ltd., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in medical group practice management.

For the past 17 years, Mr. Palmer has been employed as the Chief Operating Officer for Radiology Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities including billing, finance and accounting, marketing, human resources and imaging center operations. Mr. Palmer's prior experience includes serving as Vice President for Physician Consulting with Volunteer Hospitals of America Enterprises and as Consulting Director for Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). With over 25 years of field experience he attributes his success to an inquisitive nature, competitiveness and a willingness to work hard.

Mr. Palmer graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree and received an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He serves on the Board of Managers for Strategic Radiology, a consortium of 15 large radiology groups dedicated to improving the quality of patient care; formerly was the President of the Arizona Medical Management Association; and formerly Western Director, Radiology Business Management Association.
