Industry Leader Linda Roth Added to the Cambridge Who's Who Network
Linda Roth was honored by the March of Dimes Foundation with a Women of Achievement Award

PHILADELPHIA, PA, October 14, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Linda Roth, Chief Communications Officer for Drexel University College of Medicine, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in public and media relations.

Experienced in marketing, Ms. Roth has served as Drexel University College of Medicine's chief communications officer for 11 years. In her position, she oversees the communications and marketing department, manages internal and external communications, maintains the college's Website, handles crisis communications, and organizes fundraising programs; two of which raised more than $5,000,000 for the college. Ms. Roth started her career in market research, and worked full-time as a chief of staff to the president of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. She attributes her accomplishments to her hard work, good fortune, and networking and relationship management skills.

In 1995, Ms. Roth received a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Eastern University. She is now pursuing leadership credentials as an executive coach. She is also a Certified Five Element Shiatsu Therapist. She has been honored with a Women of Achievement Award by the March of Dimes Foundation. Ms. Roth is a board member of St. Christopher's Foundation for Children and a member of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Consumer Affairs Council. Looking ahead, she hopes to further develop the department of marketing and communications at the Drexel University College of Medicine and return to the political arena.
