Throughout a 12-year career at hfa, Pfiffner has displayed exemplary leadership and creative skills while overseeing successful marketing campaigns for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Dunlop Tires, Choice Hotels International, Simonton Windows, Akron General Hospital and the city of Akron.

He has also been instrumental in helping develop and implement effective programs within the creative department and the agency, including creative presentation workshops, branding realignment strategies and associate morale initiatives.
