Cindy Murray recently named "Professional of the Year" representing sales and marketing

With four years of experience in sales and marketing, Cindy Murray employs her expertise in customer service to efficiently handle a portfolio of client accounts for Avon Products, Inc., The Pampered Chef, Ltd. and Women's Dream Team. As an independent consultant for all three companies, Ms. Murray oversees customer product orders and distribution, addresses clients' needs, handles accounts payable and receivable and attends trade shows. Attributing her success to her motivation and independence, Ms. Murray enjoys her line of work as she finds it gratifying to be able to work for herself, meet new people and set her own goals. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, she worked as a supervisor at a residence for mentally handicapped people, a scheduler, planner and supervisor at a cable and wire company, and as a school bus driver, waitress, bartender and pharmacy technician. It is this well-rounded professional experience, she notes, that eventually led her to success in her current position.

Ms. Murray is a certified pharmacy technician and holds a CDL Class B license. She has completed coursework in accounting through the Stone School of Business and is currently pursuing an associate degree in psychology. In addition to her induction into Cambridge Who's Who, Ms. Murray's honors include the Elk of the Year Award, with which she was bestowed by the 1706 Chapter of The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
