With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Monaghan has developed an expertise in stress and anxiety management. Her daily responsibilities include biofeedback training, and working with nursing homes and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Ms. Monaghan became involved in her profession because she developed an interest in biofeedback therapy while she was being treated with alternative medicine and vitamin therapy for her infertility.

A graduate of Lehman College, Ms. Monaghan completed a Master's Degree in Recreation Education in 1996. She is a member of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, and contributes her local child support enforcement agency and the AMT Children of Hope Foundation.
