WALTHAM, MA, July 23, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kimberley A. Brenna, Sales Manager for RentGrow, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of sales.

Ms. Brenna brings 19 years of sales experience to her position at RentGrow, a resident screening company that caters to the multi-family industry. An expert in people management, she is in charge of supervising and coaching sales representatives around the country, establishing sales goals and helping representatives achieve these goals, increasing sales, interacting with customers, and hiring and training staff. Ms. Brenna first honed her sales skills at a multi-component packaging company, where she worked for 15 years prior to being recruited by RentGrow in 2004. Promoted to sales manager in 2008 for being the company's top sales performer and team lead every year, she attributes her success to her hard work and drive to excel.

A Certified Internal Auditor, Ms. Brenna received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College. She gives generously to various animal rights' groups. She aspires to move up in RentGrow while retaining the personal aspect of her work as sales manager.
